Welcome to Drive Travel (“we,” “us,” “DRVTRVL”). By using our website, mobile app, booking system, or any services provided by DRVTRVL in Miami, Florida (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you,” “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

 

1. Services Overview

 

DRVTRVL offers travel booking services including but not limited to transportation arrangements (taxis, rental vehicles, rideshares), tours, accommodations, and related travel planning in Miami, Florida. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the provider.

2. Booking and Payment

 

  • Bookings can be made online, via app, or by contacting us at info@drvtrvl.com or +1 (989) 998-9998.

  • Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Acceptable payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other options listed at checkout.

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • DRVTRVL reserves the right to cancel bookings due to availability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity. If a booking is canceled by us, you will be fully refunded.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  • Cancellation terms vary by service type. You will be informed of specific terms at booking.

  • For most services:

    • Full refund if canceled ≥ 48 hours before scheduled service.

    • 50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before service.

    • No refund if canceled < 24 hours before service or in case of “no‑show.”

     

  • Certain bookings (e.g., promotional fares or events) may have non-refundable terms.

  • Refunds, when due, will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

4. Service Changes

 

  • You may request date/time changes. Requests are subject to availability and may incur fees.

  • We will inform you promptly if we need to change or cancel a service (e.g., provider unavailability). If we cannot offer a suitable alternative, you’ll be offered a refund.

 

5. Customer Obligations

 

  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date personal and payment information.

  • You are responsible for any costs arising from changes to your itinerary (e.g., missed flights, visa fees).

  • You must abide by all applicable laws, airline rules, hotel policies, vehicle rental agency terms, and other provider-specific rules.

  • You are responsible for any damage caused to third-party properties or services.

 

6. Liability and Disclaimers

 

  • DRVTRVL acts as agent only. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of transportation carriers, accommodations, tour operators, or other providers.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRVTRVL’s liability is capped at the total amount you paid for the affected service.

  • DRVTRVL is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, missed connections, personal injury).

  • Services are provided “as is,” and DRVTRVL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

7. Travel Insurance

 

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance (covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage loss, etc.). DRVTRVL does not provide insurance.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

 

  • We collect personal data necessary for booking and communication (e.g., name, email, phone, payment info, travel preferences).

  • Information is used to fulfill your bookings, communicate with you, personalize service, comply with legal obligations, and for internal quality control.

  • We share your data only with providers essential to your bookings.

  • We do not sell your personal data.

  • You may review, correct, or delete your data by contacting us. For full details, see our separate Privacy Policy.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

  • All text, images, graphics, designs, logos, and software on our site/app are owned by DRVTRVL or our licensors.

  • You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

 

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any disputes that cannot be amicably resolved will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • Arbitration is conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

 

11. Amendments

 

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will include a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
